Laura Fedele brings more than two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare, beginning with youth and families in residential and wilderness programs. She later founded and led a nationally recognized treatment program specializing in trauma and addiction, with a focus on program development, clinical design, team building, and culture.
Laura brings long-term recovery and a deeply personal understanding of the work to her leadership. Her relational approach is grounded in creating clinically sophisticated environments built on safety, connection, and a clear sense of purpose.
At Momenta, Laura is focused on creating an environment where women feel safe enough to do meaningful work, develop deeper connections with themselves and others, and move toward lasting change. She believes the strongest treatment cultures help people recognize their own strengths and resources and build the capacity to make sense of, navigate, and find meaning in their lives.
