Our 90-day residential program offers trauma-informed, attachment-based treatment tailored to meet your client where she is—with the goal of returning her to your care with renewed stability, skills, and hope.
We are committed to fostering trust, transparency, and clinical excellence in every referral relationship. When a client is admitted to Momenta:
- You will receive regular updates on her progress (with a release of information on file)
- You will be invited to participate in discharge planning
- You will receive a detailed discharge summary.
We recognize the value of your relationship with your client, and we want to ensure continuity of care that honors the work you’ve already done together.
