Courtney Dunn is a Primary Therapist at Momenta Recovery, specializing in trauma treatment for women navigating addiction, mental health challenges, and complex emotional wounds. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and licensure as a Licensed Social Worker, she brings evidence-based, trauma-informed care to her practice.
Drawing from both personal and professional experience with mental health and addiction, Courtney brings unique insight and compassion to her therapeutic relationships. Her approach is integrative and client-centered, utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
At Momenta Recovery, Courtney embraces the program’s core values of high support, high love, and high accountability. After years of working with youth, she transitioned to Momenta to serve women in a meaningful and empowering environment that emphasizes connection, community, and personal growth.
