Jayden leads operational strategy and works closely with the clinical, admissions, and administrative teams to ensure Momenta delivers seamless, high-quality care at every step of the recovery journey.
She is passionate about building the systems and structure that allow Momenta’s mission — to lead with love — to thrive, freeing clinicians and staff to focus on what matters most: the women they serve. What drew Jayden to Momenta Recovery was its unique position as a small, trauma-focused women’s facility addressing a critical gap in treatment options, and its commitment to helping women reclaim their voices and rebuild their lives.
