Julia Solhiem serves as Director of Activities, Tech Training Manager, and Co-Manager of Sober Living at Momenta. With a unique perspective shaped by her personal recovery journey, Julia brings authentic leadership and compassion to her multifaceted role.
At Momenta, Julia oversees the therapeutic activities program, designs meaningful experiences that foster skill development, and creates opportunities for clients to discover new interests in a supportive mountain setting. She also trains technical staff according to organizational policies and accreditation standards to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all services.
Julia’s approach is informed by her own recovery experience, having come to Momenta as a client in 2021. This personal journey gives her a profound understanding of client needs and the ability to provide genuine hope and guidance to those beginning their recovery.
Currently pursuing a degree in Social Work with plans to become a clinical social worker, Julia combines academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver compassionate, effective support. Her resilience, integrity, and unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their potential make her an invaluable member of the Momenta team.
