Julia Solheim serves as Director of Client Relations at Momenta, where she is a warm and steady presence for the women who come to us for care. Drawing on a perspective shaped by her own recovery journey, Julia leads with authentic compassion — building trusting relationships with clients and helping them feel seen, supported, and hopeful from their very first day.
Her path to this role is deeply personal. Julia first came to Momenta as a client in 2021, and that experience gives her a profound understanding of what clients need and the ability to offer genuine hope and guidance to those beginning their recovery. Currently pursuing a degree in Social Work with plans to become a clinical social worker, she pairs academic knowledge with lived experience to deliver compassionate, effective support.
